How do I check the status of my order?
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation order. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. When the shipment is made, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number to check the status of your order. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us via either our live chat on soothelife.com or by email at email@example.com
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
- If you’ve placed an order and would like to modify the items or shipping address, please contact our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order has not shipped, we can modify the order to your liking. If the order has shipped, you will then need to follow the return/exchange process.
What is your MOQ?
- Currently the MOQ (minimum order quantity) is one. However we do offer discounts for purchasing larger quantities and distributor wholesale rates to qualifying purchases.
