All items are returnable following the outline below:

- If you really don't love your Soothe, we will provide a refund on your product and will provide a free return label.
- 60 day return policy in original packaging
- Heat seal must still be in tact
- In original packaging and condition
- If you don't want to give Soothe a try, send your un-opened product back to us for a refund.
All items are exchangeable following the outline below:
- Vaporizers
- 45 days if you experience an error with your puff.
- All other products
- 60 days if in original packaging
- 30 days if you don't love your product
